Excellent value for money contrasted with other options. The location was wonderful and lovely, just 5 min walk from Geylang Serai. Besides, we were near to other restaurants, sightseeing, restaurants, bars and shopping, and Close to shopping mall.

fairly clean hotel, extremely friendly and excellent friendly team members with five star service. large & functional rooms with wardrobes, balcony or bath tub plus bathrooms. favourable and lovely location, approx 10-15 minutes' walk from gv katong. set in an interesting area close enough to shops in katong.

Location adjacent to the airport, east coast parklands, local food centres, shops and bus stops, the east coast and local attractions. Deluxe king room with an extra bed.

The pool area was good and the location was particularly good, just next door to airport and city-easy transport and shopping mall, eating places and the beach and sightseeing, restaurants, bars and shopping.

The rooms - new-fashioned, functional with the balcony, wardrobes and extra beds. Great swimming pool and amazing and lovely location near to the Peranakaan centre of Katong, bus stop and 2 large shopping Malls and literally hundreds of food outlets and restaurants nearby.

Wi-Fi signal was very weak.

I stayed in the room that was kept super clean and available with an extra bed. Marvellous location of the hotel to stay with great food outlets very close by😃

The hotel's position was comfy, just next door to Parkway @ Marine Parade and historic Joo Chiat / Katong. The pool was lovely, the breakfast was savoury. Excellent service, even though a few employees were very unfriendly.

We were pleasantly surprised by our stay at Santa Grand. The location was excellent with plenty of restaurants and supermarkets nearby. The room was clean and tidy, and the staff at the front desk were friendly and helpful. The rooftop pool was a nice bonus, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. I would highly recommend this hotel for its great location and comfortable rooms.

Its a brand new hotel and for the price we paid it was excellent value for money. They have a modern funky design and were spotless. Coffee and tea making facilites a couple of free bottes of water and free local calls. HBO and BBC world are available with a plasma screen hotel. We stayed for 4 nights and liked the hotel. the hotel also has a roof top pool but we didnt see it as it was raining all day everyday while we were in singapore :(

The rooms were on the small side (normal for Singapore) The location - east coast road is a developing area and in the immediate vicinity there are lots of restaurants, shops and bars. However th nearest MRT station is a good 20-25 min walk away. You can get bus number 12 or 32 and takes about 20 mins to Bugis. Not a problem for us but if you were only in Singapore for 1 or 2 nights you might want something more central

10 mins from the airport and 15 minutes from the quays, so convenient central location.

Avoid rooms on the main road side as traffic can be very noisy.

The Santa Grand Hotel East Coast is a convenient base for visiting all the major attractions in Singapore. We loved the on-site restaurant PLATYPUS CANTINA. The staff at the hotel were extremely welcoming from the moment we arrived.

The hotel was new and nicely designed and very clean. Grat location with walking disctanceto many shops nd restaurants. Good price.

The bed was very very hard. In fact if I had to stay more than one night I would have to leave. Its a shame because the hotel itself is lovely but too uncomfortable to sleep. The mattress literally felt like wood. There was no shower curetain which meantthe bathroom was flooded with water. New softer beds and shower curtains would make this place perfect!

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location here is great as I was surrounded by many eateries and in a very pleasant area. Also, this place is in the midst of a rich cultural district where I was able to explore the local culture. The five star service from the staff was amazing and they were always available to help me with anything I needed. The leisure facilities like the outdoor swimming pool and rooftop pool were a great way to relax and soak up the sun.

I highly recommend this hotel for everyone who is looking for quality services and comfortable stay here.

Breakfast was extremely poor. Staff were unprofessional. Room small, housekeeping terrible. The manageress actually watched and said nothing when I asked to speak to her while her staff member lied to my face and said she was not there. When I left in a Taxi and called reception she spoke to me and said she felt that her staff was handling the matter sufficiently. UNPROFESSIONAL, RUDE, LIARS. DO NOT STAY HERE!!
